Our accessible vehicles are equipped for wheelchairs and mobility devices, with ramps or lifts and securement systems so you can travel without fear of falls or unsafe transfers. Drivers are trained to offer patient, respectful assistance - from helping you to the door, to waiting while you get checked in, to making sure you are settled when you return home.

We arrange rides for medical visits, therapy, court dates, benefit appointments, job interviews, work shifts, and community programs. This is especially important for residents who are building stability: missing one appointment can delay benefits, risk employment, or disrupt treatment. Reliable transport keeps your progress on track.

For some clients, we pair rides with our case management support. That means we help you schedule appointments, remind you of times, and coordinate multiple stops in one outing when possible, such as combining a doctor visit with a pharmacy pickup or a quick grocery run. When funding allows, we also connect people to bus passes or gas vouchers and may assist with limited car repair support for workers so that transportation barriers do not destroy a fragile budget.
